Catherine E. Nader, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2026, surrounded by the people she loved, after a short battle with cancer. She was 76 years old.

Born on October 4, 1949, Catherine was the daughter of the late John and Jennie (Lawyer) Condlin. She was the beloved sister of Patrick Condlin and Ann Bowne.

Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Roger Nader; her sister-in-law, Rita Condlin; and her parents, John and Jennie Condlin.

Catherine married her high school sweetheart, Roger, and together they built a beautiful life in Thiells, New York. Their greatest accomplishment and joy was their family. They raised three daughters: Jennifer (Josh Hacker), Jessica (Ronald Wilson), and Juliarose (Christopher Laspina). Catherine was a proud grandmother to Samantha and Roger, who brought immense joy to her life.

She was also a cherished sister and aunt. Her brother Patrick was married to Rita, and they had a daughter, Maryanne, who married Roger Schneider. Catherine’s sister Ann was married to Larry and has three daughters, Theresa, Marion, and Bridget.

Catherine treasured her relationships with her extended family and was always happiest when surrounded by those she loved.

Catherine devoted her life to her family. She was a hardworking accountant who took great pride in her work, but it was the people in her life who meant the most to her. She had a gift for making others feel welcome, loved, and important.

Catherine loved spending time with her friends, especially while playing mahjong and canasta. Through the many activities she enjoyed over the years, she made countless friendships, and each of those friendships became a meaningful part of her life.

She also had a wonderful artistic spirit. Catherine loved to paint and had a special ability to bring a blank canvas to life. Her creativity, warmth, and beautiful personality could be seen not only in her paintings, but in the way she lived her life.

Over the past few weeks, family and friends came from near and far to be with Catherine and her family. In those precious moments, they shared stories, laughter, memories, and countless reminders of just how much she meant to everyone who knew her. Hearing those wonderful stories was a beautiful testament to the impact she had on so many lives.

Catherine leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on through her daughters, grandchildren, family, and the many friends whose lives she touched. She was a wonderful woman who devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, and she will be deeply missed.

Though her time with us was far too short, the beautiful life she shared with the people she loved will remain forever in their hearts.

Rest peacefully, Mom. You were loved beyond words, and you always will be.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM at T.J. Mcgowan Sons in Garnerville and Friday September 11, 2026 a Funeral Service will be held at at T.J. McGowan & Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville. Followed by a private cremation.
