Manolito P. Caballero

Manolito P. Caballero passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 80.

Born on August 1, 1946, in Alcala, Philippines, Manolito was the son of Modesto and Lourdes Caballero. He spent most of his life in the Philippines until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he served for 21 years.

Noli, as most close friends would call him, is remembered for his love of cooking Filipino food, listening to Frank Sinatra, Elvis and Johnny Mathis and watching his favorite old sitcoms.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Norma; his daughter Jessica and son-in-law Jon, and their children, Jordan and Jianna; their daughter Sheila and son-in-law David; their daughter Amy and son-in-law Jed, and their daughter, AJ; and their daughter Amanda.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2026, from 4pm-8pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, 10am, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Spring Valley, NY followed by a private cremation.
