Andres Fernandez Cabana

Andres Fernandez Cabana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on May 29, 1938, and died at his home in Oakley, California, on October 31, 2025, surrounded by the love of his wife, Susana Tosoni. As the middle of three brothers, he was known for his playful spirit, energy, curiosity, and love of theater.

He was a devoted father to three children: Carlos, Monica, and Madoc, living with them in California and Florida. In 1991, he moved to San Francisco, where a lasting friendship with Susana blossomed into love. Andres and Susana married in 2012, sealing a story that began many years earlier. Together, they created a blended family with Susana's four children: Susana, Eduardo, Monica, and Katiuscka, along with beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was dearly loved for his generous heart, wise advice, willingness to help, and his knack for fixing cars. He found joy in making others happy, especially when surrounded by family and friends.

He shared many adventures with his wife, traveling across the world. His favorite destination was Spain, the country from which his parents emigrated to Argentina. He especially loved road trips and discovering new places.

In his final years, Andres faced health challenges with strength and serenity, never losing his humor or love for family. Though his absence leaves a deep void, his legacy of devotion and joy lives on in the memories and smiles of his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends.
