Florence "Flo" Simbeck

Feisty Florence “Flo” Simbeck of Roseville, MN, passed away on October 31, 2025, just six days short of her 97th birthday. Mom always had a zest for life and was an incredible mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was independent, spirited, and she lived and died on her terms. She is survived by sons, Don, Steve, and Greg (Mary Jo), daughter Cathy (Jim Monson), grandchildren Sandy, Jimmy (Jessica), Nick, and great-grandchildren Bonnie, Nick, JJ, and Alayna. Her lively spirit will live on in all who knew and loved her. Cremation services are being administered by Twin Cities Cremation. A Celebration of Life for Flo will be held on Friday, December 5, at the B-Dale Club, 2100 Dale St. N, Roseville, from 2-5 pm. There will be a short remembrance ceremony starting at 4 pm. Her immediate family will hold a private gathering at a later date
