Lenore Kathleen Augustine

Lenore (Lenni) Kathleen Augustine (Regnier) February 10, 1936-August 4, 2025 (89yrs) Our mother, Lenni, passed away August 4th after a battle with Alzheimers disease. Proceeded in death by her husband of 56 six years, Richard Augustine, and her parents Emil and Leone Regnier. Survived by siblings, Jeanne Trudeau, Yvonne Eastman, Pete Regnier, sons, David Augustine, Robert (Jackie) Augustine, James Augustine, daughter, Ann (Chris) Ballis, Grandchildren, Jessie Rae (Ross), Adam, Ellie (Nate), Zachary (Sammi), Madison, Jacob, Samantha (Rachel), and great grandchildren Lainey and Ruby. Graduate of class of 1954 St. Josephs Academy, Graduate of College of St Catherine. Lenni was a social worker, counselor and advisor for St. Paul Open School for many years and loved by students and faculty. Lenni loved spending time along the north shore with Dad and tending to her beautiful flower garden over the years at her home. She was always there for her kids and loved to spend time and holidays with her grandkids and great grandkids. We will miss her smiles, her hugs, her awesome cooking and baking, and her bubbles. Lenni will be laid to rest September 22, 2025 at a private family service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A celebration of life will be Tuesday, September, 23rd 2025 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, Visitor Center on 2nd Floor Bullard, Rainforest Auditorium located at 1225 Estabrook Dr St. Paul, MN 55103. It is an open house atmosphere with appetizers and beverages to enjoy. Please come and share stories of Lennis life.
