Donna Gail McKechnie

Donna Gail McKechnie, age 73, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away on September 17, 2026. She was born on February 20, 1953, in Fort Collins, Colorado, to William (Tom) and (Mary) LoWanda Bockman.

Donna will be remembered for her warmth, quiet strength, and devotion to her family. She is survived by her son Jeff (Melissa) and their four children and a great-grandson; her brother Douglas (Mary) and his two children and a great-nephew; and her sister Deborah (Rick) and their two children, as well as many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, parents, Tom and Wanda, and brother, David.

Donna graduated from Poudre High School and worked as a Credit Collections III specialist at Advanced Energy, Inc. She married George on June 25, 1994. Donna enjoyed spending time with family, attending live theater, crocheting and working with leather.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 11:00 am at Viegut Funeral Home in Loveland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Her family is grateful for the kindness and support shown during this time.
