Thomas M Flock

Thomas (Tom) M. Flock passed away Thursday April 3, 2025 in Loveland, CO at the age of 65.

Tom was born September 26, 1959 at Great Lakes Naval Station, Great Lakes, IL to David and Madonna Flock.

His family moved to Loveland in 1960. Tom graduated as a Loveland High Indian in 1978 and went on to complete a degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado.

Tom and Kathy (Jepson) were married in November 1992. They were blessed with two amazing children, son Trey and daughter Drew.

Tom worked in finance and property management most of his career in the Loveland/Fort Collins area.

Tom was active in high school sports as a wrestler and football player, but his passion later in life was golf - getting a round in as often as possible with his kids, mom and brothers, or his high school buddies. He also enjoyed hunting and going to the shooting range with his dad, Trey, and brothers. And Tom sure loved his nonfat lattes introducing the luxury of lattes to his parents in their 80’s.

Tom and Trey had a father/son connection like no other and a passion for working on classic cars including their vintage Corvette and Camaro. Tom was such a proud dad watching Trey play football at his alma mater as a Loveland Indian as well.

Drew inherited her beautiful blue eyes from her dad. Tom was Drew’s biggest fan when she played both high school and club volleyball. Tom was incredibly proud of his little girl’s car knowledge and ability to take care of her own.

Tom was a 5-year cancer survivor. In his calm, cool way Tom showed us how to fight like a warrior with no complaints. 

Tom is survived by his wife and kids (Kathy, Trey, and Drew), his mom and dad (Dave and Madonna), his brothers Kurt (Carole) and Eric (Jaymi), and loads of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends who will miss him immensely.

Tom’s celebration of life is scheduled for Thursday April 17 @ 1:00 at Crossroads Covenant Church in Loveland. If you love golf like Tom, please feel free to wear your favorite golf shirt.
