Nan Etta Keller
Jan 24, 1934 โ Aug 12, 2026
๐๏ธ Returned to the Angels ๐๏ธ
Our family is heartbroken, yet deeply comforted, to share that our sweet Nan Etta Keller passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at the age of 92.
Nan was born and raised in Cambridge city, Indiana. She married and happily started her family in Richmond, Indiana. She later moved to Sun Lakes in Chandler, Arizona, where she proudly resided for the remainder of her adult life.
Nan spent her 92 years spreading grace, kindness, and laughter to everyone who knew her. She was a beautifully unique soulโadventurous, wonderfully witty, an amazing baker, very talented at sewing anything that had a stitch, always helpful, and incredibly organized. She was a woman of deep faith and held a historic place in her community as the very last living founder of Sun Lakes United Methodist Church. She also held a lifelong love for angels, and we take great comfort in knowing she is in heaven flying with them now.
She loved her family fiercely, and she brought people together like no one else.
Nan was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frank Lowry; her beloved husband, Raymond D. Keller Sr.; her son, Ray Keller Jr.; her brother, Jerry Lowry; and her grandson, Phillip Keller.
She is lovingly remembered and survived by her daughter, Vi Keller; her sons and their families, Timothy Keller, and Phil Keller; as well as her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Everyone will forever cherish the memories of her vibrant spirit, alongside her famous red hot apple sauce and the absolute best green bean casserole youโd ever had. The beautiful legacy she left behind will stay with us forever.
We invite you to help us celebrate her beautiful life and faith.
In lieu of flowers, please consider planting something in your yard or a space close to your heart, as a lasting tribute to her beautiful life. ๐
Thank you all for your prayers, kindness, and support during this time. โค๏ธ
Love you Grams!
