Locations
Restlawn Memorial Park is a cemetery in Edmonds, Washington, located in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood in south Edmonds. The location provides burial services, cremation services, graveside services, and pre-need cemetery property.
Restlawn Memorial Park was established in 1952 as a 30-acre perpetual care cemetery. Unlike the upright headstones common to 19th-century cemeteries, Restlawn was designed as a modern memorial park, using flat bronze and granite markers set flush with the lawn to maintain a continuous, park-like landscape. In the 1980s, the Beck family acquired Restlawn Memorial Park and has managed it in coordination with Beck's Tribute Center. Restlawn is also the final resting place of Jennie Gertrude "Gertie" Perrin, who died in 1991 at age 98 and is locally recognized as the founder of Perrinville, an area spanning present-day Edmonds and Lynnwood.
The cemetery grounds include ten distinct burial gardens, family and private cemetery lots, and cremation gardens and niches. Build-to-suit cemetery property is available. The grounds also include a Vietnamese section and a veterans section known as the Garden of Honor. Restlawn Memorial Park has no staff stationed on-site; arrangements are coordinated through Beck's Tribute Center.
Restlawn Memorial Park does not operate a crematory, does not offer pet burial, and does not include a chapel, service room, or reception space.
