When my wife passed away, I immediately thought of Beck's to help with her cremation and Celebration of Life, since I live nearby and had walked my dogs by there hundreds of times in the past. I was immediately impressed with how empathetic and efficient they were in carrying out my every wish, and how personable and sympathetic everyone on the staff were. The Celebration of Life ended up being one of the best I had ever attended in my life, in no small measure due to their professionalism. They were set up incredibly well, and made it a memorable experience for everyone. My personal thanks to Joshua, Amber, Krista, Samantha, and Jack, and to others who's names I missed. If I could have given them 6 stars, I would have! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I was impressed by their calmness and ability to listen. I told them what I needed and they supplied exactly what I requested. No up-selling, no suggestions for something better. Just a question sometimes to clarify what I was requesting. I was pleased with their service and their followup.
