This is the first time that I have gone through this experience with a loved one. Everyone at Kersey funeral home made the process easy to understand and guided me step by step on what to do and how to handle things for my Grandfathers last wishes . I would highly recommend them to anyone who eventually has to go through this process. Jennifer is a wonderful funeral director, very kind and caring and is there to listen to all of your needs and to make sure that those needs are fully met. The people were very kind during my period of grief. Kevin, the gentleman I dealt with to start was kind and sympathetic. He didn't try to rush me to make decisions I clearly was unable or wanted to do given the circumstances. He as well as the staff were very patient and helpful. His suggestions weren't ones that would have racked up a considerable price tag for handling my wife. His input was knowledgeable and helpful when I was struggling with what to do next. I truly appreciate everything they did to help me get through this unexpected passing. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask. They were extremely professional and put the person who was grieving first instead of the price for handling the deceased.
