I met with Carl Horn to pre-plan a service for a close relative. We just went through a family tragedy and they did a PHEMOMENAL job with the service. I would not trust anyone else to plan this. He is so awesome. He was conscious of the fact that we are still grieving. He made sure the meeting stayed light yet still professional. My relative and I both left feeling at peace and certain that we made the right decision. I know it will be another positive experience for the family. I am so happy that we chose T.J. McGowan for our needs. Where you go really makes a difference especially when you are grieving. I couldn’t think of using anyone else.

They handled my mother’s burial with great care and dignity, making sure every detail was taken care of beautifully. Carl even drove my father’s cremated remains along with my mom’s to the cemetery to be buried together. Making possible a promise i had made to both of them. Rosalinda Hamer is wonderful. Honestly I can't say enough. I'm an old guy still struggling with the loss of my wife. Every year I place a memorial in the Journal News but it has become extremely difficult to navigate the process. I called McGowans to see if someone could help me. In steps this angel named Rosalinda. Kind, compassionate and understanding. Helps me every year now. God bless you honey for helping me honor my wife's memory. 🙏

Would recommend 10/10 times. My father had passed and they made it so easy, and beautiful for me during this tough time. Carl and Rosa were so helpful and considerate during this process. Carl even DROVE me to be able to say one last goodbye before cremation. They are attentive, available always at short notice, and kind and nothing but respectful, they also buried my grandmother, grandfather, great grandmother, and great uncle. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their handling, thank you TJ McGowen!
