I have brain damage and they were diligent in making sure they understood my needs as well as me understanding what going on. Under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience.

Very professional. Both home and facility. Explained everything very throughly. Gave us privacy when kids wanted to see Rob one last time. Even laughed at family jokes at that time. Very impressed with Emma ( I think).
