He went above and beyond and really provided my family with the best experience given the unfortunate circumstances. He was professional and answered all my emails and helped with the paperwork over the phone. I was worried about my father making it to the crematory because I had read horror stories from OTHER cremation companies and he did everything to make me feel confident. The last thing a person wants is to have something like this go wrong. Everything was smooth sailing.
