Funeral Homes Near Payette, Idaho

We had my mom’s celebration of life at Shaffer-Jensen in Payette. My family and I were treated with kindness, love, respect and understanding during this very sad and difficult time. The staff went over and above to accommodate us. They were so caring from the moment Tyler picked my mom up from her and my dad’s home, until the we left the cemetery. In fact they are still helping us with a few things. We asked in memory of our mom that everyone wear red since that was her favorite color. The employees at Shaffer-Jensen even wore red in memory of our mom. The only problem we had is, I didn’t choose a big enough building to hold the celebration of life at. I had no idea there would be so many amazing people that would be able attend. The last thing on my mind was seating and space. That was my fault. I can only Blake myself. I want to say a Big thank you to Tyler, Angi, Lisa and the rest of the staff who helped us with all the decision making. The Donoho family would like to thank you for your love, support and patience during this heart breaking time! Thank you!

When my father passed, they were absolutely wonderful. They knew how difficult it was for me, after just losing my mom, 9 months earlier. They took such care of my father, and I will be forever grateful.

During a difficult time, Thomas Funeral Home helped our family as we prepared to lay our mom to rest. We had to transport her from Idaho to California in addition to all of the rest of the details and they helped us every step of the way including communicating and coordinating with the California funeral home/cemetery. She looked beautiful and they, especially Gary, helped us feel peaceful and reassured about everything. I would not hesitate to use them again!
