I met with Carl Horn to pre-plan a service for a close relative. We just went through a family tragedy and they did a PHEMOMENAL job with the service. I would not trust anyone else to plan this. He is so awesome. He was conscious of the fact that we are still grieving. He made sure the meeting stayed light yet still professional.
