My experience was incredibly easy. I felt taken care of and cared for during one of the hardest times of my life. The team was there for me anytime I needed to communicate and the follow up was exceptional. Thank you so much for supporting me when I needed it the most.

This would be our 3rd time at Mission Mortuary or Bermudez Family Cremation and Funerals. We had a really great experience with the staff. We worked with Laura Singh primarily but everyone we chatted with was amazing. They were all very compassionate. Cost wise, we went with a cremation per my husband’s preference and that package seemed reasonable to me. Communication wise it did feel like things were taken care of and heard without having to check in as much as I did. We talked in person, on the phone and through email and it was prompt and concise. On the day of the memorial they took care of any last minute things and guided us through when necessary and answered questions promptly and graciously. My family and I have had a bit of experience with deaths in the last 10 years so we were familiar with how things go.
