I chose omega society for my dad’s cremation and they were extremely easy to work with! I had some questions and concerns about the whole process as this was new to me & Jerry was extremely helpful. The staff was very compassionate and helpful from start to finish. They picked up my loved one and the staff was extremely nice, they didn’t make it seem as though they were there just to do their job, they gave me their condolences and it felt genuine. after my loved one was picked up my family opted for a viewing so we went into the office and again the staff there was great as well. I coordinated all my services with Jerry and he was a delight to work with & extremely kind. The viewing went beautifully, I was concerned of how my dad may have appeared during the viewing and I don’t know how they did it but he looked so peaceful and happy. Following the viewing when I went to pick up the ashes and Jerry even walked me to my car and placed the ashes in the car for me. I felt relief because I was hesitant on holding the ashes for the first time and it was nice of him to do that for me. Later on I needed the resting permit adjusted and they helped me with no issues at all! I overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend their services, especially for someone who’s never had to deal with someone’s passing, they definitely help make it easy logistically!
