Lisa and Leo greeted us with beyond excellent heartfelt compassion and empathy. Over several phone calls, office visits with overwhelming information of choices, decisions. They both did their part in answering several of our questions and ultimately leading/directing/explaining us through it all . We chose our option that we felt most comfortable with.
