Kernersville-Isabelle Marie Fields, 16, passed away May 1, 2014. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 6:00PM Sunday May 4, 2014 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Chapel. A native of New York, Isabelle is the daughter of Michelle Nelson and the late Sidney Allen Fields. She was a sophomore at Glenn High School where she was in Chorus. She enjoyed her Art classes, hanging out with her friends, and Anime Club. She gave of herself in life, and in death offered her organs so someone else may live. Survivors include her mothers Michelle Nelson and Ray of the home, and Joyce Finnerty and Jay of Mooresville; sisters Samantha Gaydos and Nick of Concord, and Jennifer Fields and fiancé© Matt of Statesville; niece Lily; maternal grandmother Juda Rohde and paternal grandmother Audrey Fields; and numerous uncles, aunts, extended family and friends. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the funeral home on Sunday.
