Russell H. Litzau 94 of Seminole passed away Jan. 19, 2013. A native of Chicago IL, Russell was a retired construction engineer. During World War II, he proudly served in the Navy. Survivors include sons Ken and Raymond, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11AM Tuesday, January 29. 2013 at David C. Gross Funeral Home in Clearwater. Burial will follow in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 10AM thru service time. David C.
