Sandra Lois Schulman passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Suncoast Hospice House Brookside in Palm Harbor. Born June 22, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY., Sandra achieved Mensa for her superior intelligence, the largest high IQ society in the world. Early in life her talents were focused on fashion design and later she became a Certified Interior Designer. In June 2003 Sandy retired from Pinellas County after working for 16 years as an Accounting Support Specialist. She was a member of the League of Women Voters, the Lylah Pinellas Chapter of Hadassah and Temple B'nai Israel and its Sisterhood of Clearwater. Special note was her involvement as a mentor with the Pinellas Education Foundation. Sandy was a wonderful person and a loyal friend. A graveside service will be officiated by Rabbi Daniel Treiser at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park on Sunset Point Road in Clearwater on Sunday, January 13th at 12:30pm.
