Virginia M. Howell 91 of Pinellas Park went to be with the Lord November 17, 2012. Born Virginia Moore in Russellville KY on June 28, 1921, her family later moved to Bowling Green KY. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Walter Howell; her parents Harley and Elizabeth Moore and her brother Earl Moore. She is survived by her daughter Teresa (Terri) Howell, grandson Trevor Hill, two great-grandchildren Savannah and Stuart Hill; a sister, two nephews, two nieces and their children. Virginia and her family moved to FL in 1959. She retired from Union Trust Bank, St. Petersburg (now Bank of America) after 24 years of service. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, St. Petersburg since 1959. Virginia was a sweet, hard working Christian lady. She loved to laugh, and when younger, dance the Charleston. She is well remembered by staff in the medical field. She was sweet, loving and caring. She will be missed by all. Mom, I miss you so much, Heaven gained a petite sweet little angel! Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2012 from 5-7PM at David C. Gross Funeral Home in St. Petersburg. Funeral services and burial will be in Bowling Green KY. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
