Sydney Green Hack
November 7th, 1947 - June 9th, 2011
Sydney Green Hack, age 63, a five year resident of Henderson died Thursday, June 9, 2011. Sydney was born November 7, 1947 in Detroit, MI to the late Leslie and the late Alice (Geer) Green. Sydney graduated from Wayne State University and taught elementary education for 30 years in Detroit and California. A very outgoing woman, Sydney loved going to the movies, oldie rock and roll concerts, playing cards and dining out. She was a member of the Sun City Anthem Chavurah. Sydney is survived by her husband Gary Hack; daughters Jamie Hack of Henderson, NV and Courtney Hack of Henderson; son: Brandon (Amber) Hack of Camerillo, CA; and sister Vicki (Robert) Pirinio of Detroit, MI. Contributions in Sydney's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 10AM at the Temple Beth Sholom Section of Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 Las Vegas Blvd North.
