Salomé Torres October 22, 1910 �" November 28, 2008 Age: 98 Residence: Greeley Tribute: Salome Torres was born in Devine, TX to Martin and Cruz (Ramirez) Torres. She was raised by her grandfather and aunts working on the farm. Mrs. Torres moved to Colorado in the 1940’s and did migrant work. She married Braulio Morena in 1928. Mrs. Torres was a homemaker and a hard woker. She was a very faithful woman and enjoyed visiting her family and friends. Mrs. Torres died Friday, November 28, 2008 at her residence in Greeley. Survivors: children, Francisca Moreno of Nuevo Loen, Mexico, Jesus Moreno of Austin, TX, Maria Moreno of Omaha, NE, Federico Moreno of Fresno, CA, Jovita Moreno of Fresno, CA, Eleazar "Leo” Moreno of Longmont, CO, Mrs. Severo Hernandez of Denver, CO; 33 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great -great grandchildren; cousins, Simon Rodriguez and Fernanda Monreal. Proceeded in death by: parents; and husband. Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Adamson Chapel. Interment: Eaton Cemetery, Eaton, CO.
