Thank you for a lifetime of memories, providing and teaching us character and respect. We love and will miss you.

Paul Gaylard Sink, 95, of Walnut Creek and previously Moraga, passed away on 8-7-25.

 

Born on May 13, 1930 in Lafayette, IN to Millard and Laura Sink, Paul grew up in various locations throughout Indiana and Illinois.

 

He served briefly in the Army as a Specialist Four (Sp4) Radio Repairman prior to starting his family of four.  Paul was a dedicated family man and great provider who graduated from Purdue University with a Masters in Agricultural Engineering.  During his career he moved his family to Hawaii, the Philippines and ultimately to California giving them unforgettable childhood memories. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel with his wife Phyllis.

Paul is survived by his children Michael, Douglas, Laura and Gregory and preceded in death by his wife Phyllis.

 

A celebration of life will be held at Oak Park Hills Chapel in Walnut Creek, CA on August 22, 2025 at 10am followed by his burial at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Paul’s honor.
