Mementos

Audrey Morrison Allen, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully at her home in Pleasant Hill on October 4th. She was 86 years old.

Audrey retired from AT&T after a successful career in Telecommunications Management. She was deeply devoted and active in her church for the past 60 years. Audrey cherished being a grandmother and great grandmother and enjoyed spending time with family.

Some of her passions during retirement were music, dancing, traveling to many countries across the globe, and flying small planes to local cities for the day or evenings to gather with friends. She was known for her outgoing positive attitude, warm smile, and an independence to live life to the fullest.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Tammy and Randy, Cindy and Ty; grandsons Justin (Erin), Tyler, and great granddaughter Iris.

We will celebrate Audrey’s life with a memorial mass on Friday, November 7th at 10am Christ the King Church 199 Brandon Road in Pleasant Hill. Followed by an interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery 1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, and then a Luncheon at Contra Costa Country Club 801 Golf Club Road, Pleasant Hill.

We want to express our gratitude to everyone who knew and loved our mother over the years. Your love, friendship, and kindness meant so much to her and to all of us.  She will be greatly missed and remembered for the beautiful person she was and the life she led.
