Gloria Jean (Greenberg) Martinez
February 20th, 1947 - October 20th, 2025
With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the passing of Gloria Jean (Greenberg) Martinez, 78, of Denver, Colorado. Gloria passed peacefully on October 20, 2025, surrounded by the family she cherished.
Born in Denver to Stella Contreras and Ernest Greenberg, Gloria was welcomed home to heaven alongside her siblings Ronald, Beverly, Esther, and Anthony. She married her soulmate, Sabas R. Martinez, and together they built a strong, loving family.
Gloria is survived by her children Grace, Sabas, and Michael; her grandchildren Brandy, Darren, Anthony, Devin, Sarah, and Dusten; her great-grandchildren Geronika, Nevaeh, Justine, Aubrey, Gracie, Aspen, and Devin; and her great-great-granddaughter Nezuko - a five-generation legacy blessed by her presence.
Faith was at the center of Gloria's life, and she was always praying for those she loved. She worked many years as a beloved cashier at All Right Central Parking, where her warmth, humor, and radiant smile brightened every moment.
Gloria loved dancing, music, gardening, traveling, and dressing with her unique style. She enjoyed the penny slots for fun, collected elephants - a perfect reflection of her big heart - and never missed a chance to laugh, celebrate, or bring joy to a room. She made everyone feel welcomed, loved, and valued.
A true matriarch, Gloria was the heart of her family - a pillar of strength, a nurturer, and a builder of a legacy of love that will continue for generations.
