James Richard Raney, 80, of Weiser, died Sunday, October 26, 2025. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Treasure Valley Worship Center, 50 Spicewood Drive in Meridian, with a graveside service with military honors to follow at 1:00 pm at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 Horseshoe Bend Road in Boise.
