In Loving Memory

Cheryl (Raymond) Mack, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025 after a courageous two-year battle with lung cancer. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and friend whose generosity, strength, and spirit touched everyone she met.

Born to Paul and Dorothy (Ackley) Raymond, Cheryl grew up in Palmer, MA and later proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, honoring her late brother Allen Raymond.

She lived her life with a rare kind of selflessness, always thinking of others first. Whether welcoming guests, shoveling a neighbor’s sidewalk, or sharing a home-cooked meal, Cheryl’s love language was unmistakable: food, comfort, and care.

Known for her “enough for an army” cooking, holiday cookie boxes, and thoughtful gifts, she brought joy to every celebration. She loved country music, playing softball, bowling, bonfires, and never refused a hot cup of tea or bowl of French onion soup — always followed by something sweet.

Cheryl is survived by her mother Dorothy Raymond of Three Rivers, MA; her daughter Crystal (Raymond) Pan and son-in-law Jason of San Francisco, CA; her siblings and their spouses Ron and Jane Raymond of Salem, SC, Gary and Bonnie Raymond of Clermont, FL, Russell Raymond and Mary Charette of Palmer, MA, and Julien Casavant of Corinth, ME; and her cherished nieces and nephews Don, Kevin, Chris, Lynn, Jennifer, Eric, and Jade and their families. She was predeceased by her father Paul Raymond and her brother Allen Raymond of Three Rivers, MA; and her sister Diane Casavant (of Julien) of Corinth, ME.

She also leaves behind many extended family members, dear friends, and esteemed colleagues from her 25-year career at UniTech Services Group, volunteer work at Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and at Christopher Heights of Belchertown.

At her request, there will not be a funeral service. Donations in her memory may be made to Harmony House of Chicopee, MA and Light Up Palmer of Palmer, MA.
