Ian M. Oviatt was born on June 16, 1997 and passed away surrounded by loved ones on November 18, 2025. Ian was born in St. Petersburg, FL to Meredith Paige Oviatt and moved to Parrish, FL in 2011 with his family. Ian was a Licensed Electrician by trade, working for Frogwater Enterprises, Inc. His hobbies included playing pool, chess, reading code books, writing, and gazing through his telescope at the stars/moon and riding his motorcycle. He took pleasure in all his hobbies and sometimes he took them to the competitive and professional levels. Ian loved big and had many friends, some that he even considered family. Ian was preceded in death by his mother Meredith Paige Oviatt and step father Tony Sullivan, as well as, his maternal grandparents Judy Vigeant and Tom Kinslow. Ian is survived by his brother Dylan Oviatt. He is further survived by his sister in law Amber Nordland, uncle's: Clay (Lauri) Kinslow, Eric Kinslow; cousins:Anslee (Josh) Miller, Wyatt (Madison) Kinslow, Patrin, Austyn and Rhett Kinslow. His great aunt Beverly "Annie" (Brian) Bennett, cousins: Brooke Bennett and Bradley (Ashley) Bennett. Family friends; Billy (Dominique, Lily, Sophia and Rayna) Hessian, his girlfriend Cheyenne Hartley (Rylynn Gillette) and so many more close family friends. There will be a visitation on Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. for the public located at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home.720 Manatee Ave W. Bradenton, FL 34205.Ian M. Oviatt will be loved and forever missed by so many people to whom he brought so much joy and laughter. Ian was also able to bless others through his gift of organ donation letting his compassion for others live on.
