It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kristy Marie Giordano, who departed this life on December 22, 2025, in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Born on July 26, 1978, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Kristy was raised in Palmer and had lived in Brimfield and Ware before setting down in Chicopee where she lived for the past 5 years.  

Kristy was the cherished daughter of Mary E. Giordano and her life partner of over 40 years, David Goodreau of Inverness, Fl and Franco A. Giordano. She was the proud mother of her son, Devin Giordano of Sebring, FL, and shared a special bond with her loving companion, her pitbull Dolly. Kristy’s nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she fostered many deep and lasting friendships throughout her life.

Professionally, Kristy showcased her culinary talents by running the kitchen at Seasons Restaurant in Palmer and contributing her skills as a cook at CJ's Restaurant in Monson. 

Kristy loved spending time at the beach, where the warmth of the sun and the gentle waves brought her joy. A true animal lover, her affection for dolphins highlighted her warm-hearted nature. Kristy deeply cherished the close relationship she had with her mother and son and held her friendships close to her heart.

Kristy’s family has chosen to keep all services private and at their convenience.
