Our family regretfully announces the unexpected passing of our Princess, Royaleaz Azaneth Melendez-Zavala. Royaleaz left this earth surrounded by her Mother and Father alongside her loved ones on December 30th,2025 at the age of 5 years old, due to a tragic accident. This loss is completely unexpected, and our families are absolutely devastated and unprepared . We will feel Royal’s absence forever.

Royal was born in Greeley, Colorado on March 13th, 2020, to her parents Maribel Zavala and Isaiah Melendez. They love her more than words can express, and they will continue to celebrate her beautiful life.

Royaleaz always dreamed of being a singer and if you ever heard her sing, you know she would have rocked that stage with her pretty little attitude. She always had a gentle love for animals and she loved her arts and crafts. She was very creative our little princess. She loved making her little bracelets and she even made a handmade dress for her doll that she was so proud of.She was the smartest little girl, so creative in everything she did.

Royal was such a social butterfly, she was very kind and gentle and she made friends everywhere she went. She loved making little special drawings for her classmates to hand out the following day, and recently making Christmas treat bags for her classmates to excitingly hand them out. Royal was loved by her teachers and She brought a smile to all of their faces with her sweet presence. Royal was such a goofy little girl and definitely a princess with attitude. She loves her Justin Bieber music, pop demon hunters and her snacks too. She loved posing for her pictures with her little peace sign and her hands under her chin like an angel. She really loved anything Pink, Sparkly and girly. Royaleaz always talked about how she loves her mom and dad, she would draw cute pictures to save for her mom and dad.  She is her dad’s princess and they share a beautiful bond. She always would say that her daddy is the only boy she will ever love. Royal always knew she had her daddy tied around her little finger and in his eyes she could not no wrong. They shared the same beautiful smile with dimples and bright eyes. Everywhere that her dad went Royal was right behind him and always told him I love you more daddy. She loved her Tio’s and spending time with her family. She loved trips, the beach, fishing, putting on makeup and spending endless hours with her dad. 

Royal also loves her mom Maribel very much, she enjoyed her picnics and fun times at the park with her mom. She was extremely excited when she found out she was going to be a big sister. She and her mom were team boy , but the smile on her face when she found out she was going to have a little sister was unimaginable, she was excited to have another best friend alongside her mom. She would have been the best sister there to support her if she falls and tell all of her secrets to, like she did with her baby cousin. Royal loved hanging out with her cousins and uncles, being the only girl on both sides of her family she was very loved and protected by all of the boys. She was full of love and always brought a glow into the room, with her bright beautiful smile. Royal touched all of our lives with her silly, creative, beautiful life and She will forever live in our hearts.

Royal’s memory will forever be cherished by her parents Maribel Zavala and Isaiah Melendez, Nina Susana Zavala, Nino Enrique Miranda, Grandparents Cynthia Chavez, Israel Chavez, Miguel Melendez and Lillian Zavala, Great grandparents her Lela Arama Gonzales and Jose luis Peña, Noah Chavez, Josiah Chavez, Desiree Zavala, Jose Zavala, Naiche Zavala, Caíne Zavala, Natanael Zavala, Moises Zavala, Noah Zavala and her entire beloved family.
