Robert (Bob) Oscar Kitchens, 97, born December 7, 1928, was a devoted family man with many talents.
He proudly served in the Air Force, showing commitment and discipline. After his military service, he worked as a skilled barber and enjoyed ham radio, connecting with people near and far. Faith was very important to Bob.
He served as a deacon, taught Sunday school, and led Bible studies to help others grow spiritually.
He loved gardening and found peace in working outdoors.
Bob will be remembered as a loving father and “Papa,” a man of faith and service whose memory lives on with his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday January 17, 2026, at 11:00 at Lakeside Memorial Park Winter Haven, FL
