Conrad Cyril Chmielewski, 82, of Kernersville passed away on January 12, 2026 at Hospice Home at High Point, High Point. Born in Chicago, Illinois he was the son of the late Stephan Chmielewski and Julia Pavlak. 

 

Conrad is survived by his son Stephan Chmielewski, his two daughters Laura O'Donnell and Lynne Mullen. He had many cherished grandchildren including Leonard Mullen III, Emily Dyer (Mullen), Maxim Mullen, Logan Chmielewski, Rory O'Donnell and four loving great grandchildren, Tate Mullen, Cecelia Dyer, Beau Dyer, and Miles Mullen.  

 

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Katherine Chmielewski and grandson Brandon Mullen.

 

In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
