Craig E. Goodreau, passed away peacefully at his home in Three Rivers, MA on January 10, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on November 20, 1955, in Ware, MA, Craig was a lifelong resident of Palmer.
After dedicating over 20 years to his career, Craig retired in 2021 from Westover Air Force Base, where he served as a transit alert aircraft servicer. His commitment to his country was evident, as he proudly served in the United States Air Force and Reserves.
Craig found joy in flying drones and capturing moments through still photography. He was also an animal lover, and his beloved dog, Ozzy, brought him much comfort and companionship.
He is survived by his sister, Sheila Chapin and her husband Leon, along with one niece and several nephews and Debbie Goodreau who will cherish his memory. Craig was predeceased by his parents, Lester W. and Bertha (Baldyga) Goodreau, as well as his brothers, Dennis and Philip, and sister, Denise Goodreau.
A prayer service in Craig's honor will be held on Tuesday, January 20th at 4:00 PM, followed by visitation until 6:00 PM. The calling hours will close with military honors at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Dakin Animal Shelter, celebrating Craig's love for animals.
