Frank Garza Dela Rosa (Frankie Too Sweet) 88, of Eaton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, at Banner Health Medical Center with his loving family by his side.

Frank was born on June 2, 1937, to Jose and Maria (Garza) Dela Rosa. He lived a long life dedicated to family, faith, and community, and he will be remembered for his strength and dedication to those he loved, and the many lives he touched over the years.

Frank was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. In addition to his love for Football and his Cowboys, He loved all sports and enjoyed watching them with a nice cold Pepsi!

Frank also enjoyed playing the lottery as well as buying scratch off tickets hoping to one day hit the jackpot. Frank loved it when his daughters made homemade meals.Dessert was his favorite part.

Another big part of Franks life was Music. Back in the day Frank had his own group called Frank Dela Rosa y Los 3 Tejanos. He loved to sing and play the guitar. He sang up until his last breath.

Frank is survived by:7 children.

Gilbert Dela Rosa of Denver, CO, Brenda Dela Rosa of Longmont, CO, Frank Jr of Eaton, CO, Debbie Dela Rosa of Longmont, CO, Amanda Dela Rosa of Longmont, CO, Erica Dela Rosa of Longmont, CO and Catrina Dela Rosa (Vico) of Mead, CO and 14 Grandchildren Cristobal, Cassandra, Natanael, Rogelio, Geovanna, Yesenia, Shaiel, Alex, Jahaziel, Aaron, Nayeli, Ashleigh, Ezequiel and Ariyana and 5 great grandchildren of Longmont, Co.Brother Richard Dela Rosa of Loveland, CO and Joe Dela Rosa of Coleman, TX.

He was preceded in death by:His Dad (Jose Dela Rosa), Mom (Maria Dela Rosa) Brother, (Gustavo Dela Rosa) of Coleman, Texas.Sister (Gloria) of Pampa, Texas, Sister (Eva Subia) of Greeley, CO, and Daughter Carolyn Dela Rosa of Greeley, CO

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026. Viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Followed by a small memorial service from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. officiated by Brother David Flores at Northern Colorado Crematory, located at 700 8th Street, Greeley, Colorado

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Frank’s life and share memories of a Dad, Grandpo, Brother, Uncle and Friend who will be deeply missed.
