Elizabeth McKenney June 17, 1934 �" May2, 2008 Age: 73 Residence: Greeley, Colorado Tribute: Elizabeth Alice McKenney was born in Milwaukee, WI to Mert and Theresa Gaughan. She grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from high school there. She attended Marquette University. On January 2, 1960 she married Richard McKenney in Milwaukee. Mrs. McKenney was employed by Quest Communications for over 20 years and retired in 2002. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She attended the Greeley Wesleyan Church. Mrs. McKenney died Friday, May 2, 2008 at North Colorado Medical Center Hospice Unit. Survivors: Her daughter, Jill Ann McPherson and husband Scott; son, John McKenney; grandsons, Tyler and Cameron McPherson, all of Greeley. Preceded in death by: Her husband; parents; two sisters, Mary Primm and Barbara McDonald and a brother, Don Gaughan. Service: Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday May 6, 2008 at Greeley Wesleyan Church. Note: Condolences may be sent to the family at www.adamsonchapels.com.
