Cynthia Ann Pucci, born Cynthia Ann George to parents Mary and Joseph, entered this world on June 29, 1944, and passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026.
Cynthia was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, and carried her Midwestern warmth, humor, and resilience with her throughout her life. She later made Arizona her home, where she built a life centered on family, friendship, and community. Her career as a nurse for more than 40 years showed exactly how deeply she loved caring for people, and that compassion shaped every part of her life. She embraced her role as the family’s matriarch with grace, strength, and a generous spirit that touched everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents, older brother Richard, and other loved ones who welcomed her home. She is survived by her oldest brother Joseph, her husband Frederick, her three sons, Vincent, Anthony, and Michael, her nephews, nieces, and cousins, as well as her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply. She considered it one of her greatest honors to watch her family grow and to be part of their lives.
Cynthia will be cremated at Bring’s Funeral Home. A memorial Mass will be held on February 24th at 10:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, and all who carry fond memories or stories of her are warmly invited to attend. She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery at 11:30 a.m., followed by a reception at Tucson Meadows Mobile Home Park, 2121 S. Pantano Rd., in the Clubhouse at 1:00 p.m.
Her kindness, humor, and unwavering love will be remembered always.
