Sara Eliza Gonzalez
November 19th, 1948 - November 13th, 2016
Sara Eliza Gonzalez passed away on November 13, 2016 in Denver at the age of 67. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jose and Lenora Gonzalez, siblings: Rene, Ralph & Ronnie Gonzalez. She is survived by Lee Tanguma, children: Lee Jaime (Marie Lang) Tanguma, Belinda (Alfred) Quintana and Tabitha Tanguma Romero. Brothers, Rey, Rick (Dora) Gonzalez and Roberto. Grandchldren: Stephanie Griego Montez, Saralee R. Velasquez, Sharnea Tanguma, Vanessa and Sierra Romero. Great grandchildren Isabella Montez, Furious Velasquez, Macenzie Deal and Dominic Montez, many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Sara worked for the General Services Administration as a contractor with Bayaud Industries for many years. She enjoyed crafts, puzzles, Life Time channel, baking and cooking, and making tamales once a year with the family. She was caring and giving to those in addition to her own children. She will be greatly missed by her immediate and extended family. Visitation will be at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 17, 2016 followed by the Liturgical service at 11:00 A.M. both to be held at Romero Family Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St. in Denver.
