Sharon Kay Wheeler
March 4th, 1956 - September 1st, 2021
Sharon Kay Wheeler (Schrader) of Broomfield, passed peacefully away on September 1st, 2021; she was 65. Sharon was born on March 4, 1956 in Boulder, CO to Evelyn (Schrader) Parks. Sharon graduated from Boulder High School in 1974 and was married to Michael "Mike" Wheeler. Sharon worked as a grocery store clerk at Albertsons and Safeway, and also as a bank teller at Premier Credit Union, formerly known as Boulder Valley Credit Union. Sharon was born and raised in Colorado and lived the majority of her life in Boulder County and surrounding areas. Sharon is survived by her daughter Michelle (Josh) Sosa of Thornton, CO; 3 step-children, Ryan (Krisi) Wheeler of Bridgeport, NE, Rachel (Brice) Ebert of St. George, KS; Andrew (Allison) Wheeler of Broomfield, CO; and 12 grandchildren (Rielyn, Maleah, Maxton, Tessa, Austin, Addison, Amelia, Lydia, Clara, AJ, Nathan, and Josie); her sister Bobbie Duford (San Tan Valley, AZ), brother Steve Davis (Commerce City, CO), several deeply loved nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great, great niece. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Mike Wheeler, mother Evelyn Parks, step-father Harold Parks, and older sister Nancy Engel. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Thrive Church located at 2720 W 92nd Ave, Federal Heights, CO 80260 on September 29th 2021 at 10:00am. Donations can be made to the following organizations: 1.
