William Spencer
May 1st, 1959 - November 6th, 2018
Life Story William Joseph (Bill) Spencer passed from this world unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Bill was born on May 1, 1959 at Algona, Iowa, the youngest son John Rowley Spencer, Sr. and Ansell Ranee Spencer. Shortly afterward, the family relocated to California and eventually to Idaho. Bill was employed in the IT field for 20 years including Hewlett-Packard and Jabil. Bill has loved most sports since childhood. He also participated in fun runs in the community. Bill loved taking care of his yard and was a little “competitive” with the neighbors! Bill has been active in the Alcoholics Anonymous program for the last 26 years of his life, and provided inspiration and help to others. Bill is survived by his children Chelsi, Colby and Aubri, his loving girlfriend, Monica, his brothers, John, Bob and Jim, and his sister, Signe along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and will be laid to rest next to them at the Meridian cemetery. Bill has been active in the Ten Mile Christian Church and appreciated the services and spiritual guidance. A memorial service is tentatively planned for Friday, November 16, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Ten Mile Christian Church, 3500 W Franklin Rd., Meridian Idaho. Any change to date and time will be updated immediately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to Ten Mile Christian Church Celebrate Recovery Program in Memory of Bill Spencer.

Accent Funeral Home
A local landmark in Meridian, Accent Funeral Home has been serving the community since 1986. The business was first established with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. This vision is reflected in our building, a Tudor-style home built in 1938 for a local postman. When remodeling the house to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building. The Accent Funeral Home holds a special relationship with the Meridian community and is sensitive to the area’s changing needs, providing service and friendship to comfort those we serve....
