Carolyn Critell

Carolyn Pearl Kaufman was born on February 4, 1925 in Pasadena, California. She was the only child to Addison and Pearl Kaufman. Our mother and grandmother entered eternal life with Christ, peacefully, on December 19, 2019 at her daughter Kathy’s home. As a young child, the family moved to Idaho and eventually found their home in Buhl, where Carol enjoyed being a farmer’s daughter. In 1946, she married her handsome airman and love of her life, Will. They were married for 62 years, until Will’s passing in 2008. She is survived by 3 children, Dan Critell, Kathy Raney and Skip Critell. She was an adoring grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Carol had many passions: her love and commitment to Christ, her love of flying small planes, her love and compassion for all animals, her love of music with playing violin, guitar, piano and organ, and her beautiful rose garden. She will be remembered as a kind soul, with a love and respect for all people. Never was an unkind word spoken by her about anyone. She was surely a shining example of what Christ would hope that all His children would be. Rest in peace, Carol, until we meet again. *See Service Information tab
