Dwayne was born on June 8, 1966, in Portland, Oregon, to Phillip and Nancy (Eichstadt) Stratton. He passed away on May 28, 2017 at the age of 50. There will be a viewing on Friday June 2, 2017 from 12-5 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 1:00 pm at the Canby Funeral Chapel. Family is encouraged to provide an obituary or information that allows for an obituary to be written by our staff
