Leroy Roberts, age 80, of LaBelle, passed away March 7, 2021 in Fort Myers. Mr. Roberts was born in Sebring, Florida to Floyd Roberts and Ila May Roberts of Lorida, Florida. Leroy married Virginia Beck of Lakeport, Florida, where they lived most of his life before moving to LaBelle in 2015. Mr. Roberts was a lifelong rancher and cattleman and loved hunting, and fishing and the great outdoors. Leroy loved attending the First Christian Church in LaBelle. Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his mother and father, four sisters; Jerry Maxwell, Ruby Grossman, Betty Shindler, and Nancy McCoy, and son Leon Harvey. Leroy leaves behind two daughters Tammy Sexton (Troy) of Clewiston, Florida, Marilyn Hollingsworth (Robert) of LaBelle, Florida, two sons Michale Harvey of Vidalia, Georgia and Randall Harvey of Moore Haven, Florida, eleven grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am Friday, March 19, 2021, at Ortona Cemetery Pavilion where visitation will be held at 10 am where Pastor W.T. Maddox, Jr will officiate. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be William Watson, Cody Hollingsworth, Derek Sexton, Justin Sexton, Aaron Harvey, Randy Harvey, Jr and Dalton Watson.
