Floyd Edwin Thompson, 90, husband of the late Nettie Jane Thompson, passed away October 16, 2021. Mr. Thomspon was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and retired from Square D. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Peggy (William) Howard, Lexington; son, Anthony (Betty) Thompson. Cynthiana; sister, Geraldine "Cricket" Walling; grandsons, Joshua Sullivan and William "Willie" Thompson; and great grandchildren, Emma Jane Thompson, Henry Thompson and Charlie Thompson. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his sister, Eva Breeding and his brothers, Howard, Stanley, Gilbert and Woodney Thompson. No services are planned at this time.
