They were extremely kind. Went out of the way to make sure everything was just right. They also had a huge amount of patience. I have brain damage and they were diligent in making sure they understood my needs as well as me understanding what going on. Under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience.

Summers was available when needed and very flexible when changes and times had to be made.
