My family experienced the unexpected loss of our Mother. Carl , Rosalinda, and the rest of the staff made the planning of her funeral less stressful and complicated. From the beginning, they made us feel like family. They made sure each step was done perfectly- and everyone complimented how beautiful the service was. I met with Carl Horn to pre-plan a service for a close relative. We just went through a family tragedy and they did a PHEMOMENAL job with the service. I would not trust anyone else to plan this. He is so awesome. He was conscious of the fact that we are still grieving. He made sure the meeting stayed light yet still professional. My relative and I both left feeling at peace and certain that we made the right decision. I know it will be another positive experience for the family. I am so happy that we chose T.J. McGowan for our needs. Where you go really makes a difference especially when you are grieving. I couldn’t think of using anyone else.
