I have worked with All-States Cremation (Wheat Ridge) twice, most recently after my Mom passed. We had taken advantage of cremation pre-planning, which was a blessing. It was a bit of a long meeting and lots of paperwork, but worth the peace of mind of knowing I wouldn't have to deal with all of that in the midst of grief and crisis. My experiences with Natalie and later Gillian were very pleasant and positive. Not only did All-States provide guidance and help along the way, but after she passed, I continued to receive periodic check ins, offers for support and resources, etc. A family is not abandoned after a person's funeral. They truly care about and respect their clients and clients' families. Their professionalism and kindness made a very difficult time a little easier.

Everyone I worked with at All-States was patient and compassionate. They were all extremely professional in their communications with me and never lost sight of the fact that I was coming to them in a difficult time. It is apparent that each person I talked with takes their job very seriously. Every question I had was answered, and the staff followed up with me promptly. Every staff member demonstrated competence in their work area and made sure all my questions were addressed. Thank you all for making this process as smooth as it could be.
