Our staff at the Tyrone Family Tribute Center specializes in Hindu, Buddhist, and Romani services, with an on-site crematory allowing families to proceed to the cremation by simply walking across the parking lot. We also provide Greek Orthodox and other Orthodox services from this location. This unique feature sets us apart from other funeral homes and allows us to offer truly multicultural end-of-life care.
Anderson McQueen has two convenient St. Petersburg locations to serve you. Our Tyrone Family Tribute Center is on 38th North and our original funeral home is located on Dr. M.L. King Street North. We also operate the beautiful and historic Sunnyside Cemetery.

Anderson McQueen Funeral Home recently provided care for my mini schnauzer, Millie. Amy, Anthony, and Zack coordinated a final goodbye to a much loved girl that reflected heartfelt understandings of my loss. Millie was placed in a viewing room with candles and low light, she looked like she was resting and not deceased. I was able to spend important time with her, alone, telling her how much she was loved and how much i will miss her forever. My gratitude to Amy, Anthony, and Zack. It was a precious and meaningful moment.

My husband and I signed up with Anderson McQueen about 5 years ago. It is a great idea to sign up while you are able. So when my husband just recently passed away I went to them and they took over everything. They were there when we needed all the way to the end of the funeral. I highly recommend Anderson McQueen. Johnnie Lewis was my patient and focused guide in composing the obituary for my late sister. He helped me to select pictures and then designed the online video of my sister, which brought glowing compliments from friends and relatives. My sister donated her body to science and Johnnie handled the entire matter of dealing with The University of Central Florida, College of Medicine, Orlando, Florida. Archie Allen, Family Service Advisor, worked on the arrangements for the interment of my sister's ashes. Archie answered my questions and gave me a tour of Sunnyside Cemetery, so that I could select a location which I liked. Last but not least, Amy Thomas, Administrator at Tyrone Chapel, seemed to go out of her way to make things go smoothly. Those of us who have lost loved ones appreciate "smoothly".

I will be forever grateful for the excellent service the Anderson-McQueen family provided us. Every beautiful detail was handled with deep thought and care. Nineteen years earlier the Anderson-McQueen Family handled our other loved ones burial as well. There service is still excellent 19 years later.
